'Nasa exciting part na tayo': Michelle Dee thanks Filipinos for Miss Universe 2023 support
MANILA, Philippines — Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee thanked the Filipino nation for the support in her bid to take home the 5th Miss Universe crown.
In her Instagram account, Michelle posted photos of her on the first day of the preliminary competitions.
"Lumaban tayo Filipinas!!" Michelle wrote.
"Nakakataba ng puso kayo! I feel so much love and I couldn’t be any more grateful to everyone who watched yesterday. Nasa exciting part na talaga tayo!!!" she added.
Michelle also asked for support hours before the national costume show.
"National Costume show is TODAY! Let’s give them another show, shall we? and keep voting for YA GURL DORA!!!" she said.
Michelle did well on the first day of the competition declaring "Filipinas" instead of "Philippines."
She also slayed the runway in the swimsuit competition and stunned with her Mark Bumgarner green gown.
