MANILA, Philippines — Philippine bet Michelle Dee was named as among the Miss Universe 2023 Voice for Change honorees.
During the preliminaries earlier today, Synergia One Group of Companies Chairman Fred Mouawad, sponsor of the award, announced the Top 10 that won as Voice for Change Silver finalists.
Apart from the Philippines, Angola, Brazil, Chile, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine and Zimbabwe entered the list.
"Good luck on this journey. You inspired many people and keep on changing lives to make the world better," Mouwad said after announcing the winners.
He will announce the three Gold winners at the coronation night on November 18.
Michelle has been included in the Top 10 for her autism advocacy.
Earlier this month, Michelle claimed the top spot in the ongoing Miss Universe 2023 fan vote contest.
The actress-beauty queen landed on the top spot after a see-saw battle with Miss Universe Ukraine 2023 Angelina Usanova, who climbed the leaderboard quite meteorically. Former first-placer Shennis Palacios of Nicaragua went down to third place.
