This is what Filipino luxury shoppers have been waiting for. Cocooned for two years, everyone is ready to experience the finer things in life once again in full glory.

For this, Ayala Malls, a pioneering force in Philippine retail innovations, is pulling out all the stops to ensure that shoppers get only the best. With a stunning and sophisticated redesign, realized in collaboration with renowned interior architect J. Anton Mendoza, Greenbelt 3 welcomes back patrons with several major flagship stores and first-in-the-Philippines retail concepts in its newly renovated wing. The most impressive lineup includes Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Dior, Off White, Univers and Thom Browne, Bvlgari, Kenzo, Max Mara, Rimowa, Patek Philippe, and L’Officine Universelle Buly.

This year, Greenbelt will be launching the new boutiques of Celine, Roger Vivier, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tod’s, Ermenegildo Zegna, Loewe, Jimmy Choo, and the store expansion of Hermès. Greenbelt 3 carries over 18 brands, leading seamlessly to boutiques found in Greenbelt 4, which houses equally renowned labels like Burberry, Givenchy, Prada, and more.

With the remarkable new look and stellar lineup of brands all housed under one roof, Greenbelt is well-positioned to be the country’s premier fashion capital that is at par — or may even rival — the world’s best and most celebrated luxury hubs.

“This has always been the vision,” notes Chris Maglanoc, Ayala Malls president, “to showcase the best brands in the world in a spectacular space that continues to elevate the shopping experience. No other establishment in the Philippines has this assembly of brands in one place. Only Greenbelt. And with an environment that captures our customers’ imagination through our award-winning design and architecture, we feel we’ve achieved our mission in transforming Greenbelt into the country’s fashion and luxury capital.”

The Country’s Fashion Capital

The times have made traveling quite a challenge, which makes Greenbelt’s unique position even more relevant to today’s luxury shoppers’ desires. The fervor and yearning to shop are evidenced by the queues outside the boutiques of shoppers raring to indulge in some retail therapy. Ayala Malls Strategic Leasing Unit head Mark Sablan shares, “We observe that consumers in the luxury segment continue to shop for investment pieces. They seek value and put a premium on well-crafted items. Most of them are still wary of traveling, so they can’t visit their favorite places in Paris, New York, or Milan. We’re happy we can bring that experience to them here in the country. We are confident that with the refresh, more luxury stores scheduled to open in the coming months, and our safety protocols in place, we will be able to cater to the expectations of our more discerning set of customers.”

Home to the world’s best brands

Assembling the most luxurious names in one enclave is no easy task. Sablan continues, “We truly value our excellent relationships with our merchants. We are pleased and grateful about the confidence they have given us and the Philippine market. We have always worked together to continue offering the world’s most premium brands and collections to discerning Filipino shoppers.

“The LVMH and SSI Groups, for instance, have always had a close working relationship with the Ayala Malls,” Sablan adds. “We have been collaborating for years. We have grown to respect each other and work towards a common goal. Our merchant partners see Greenbelt as the fitting home of their major flagship stores.”

Sophisticated shopping ambience

The spirit of luxury permeates the halls of Greenbelt 3, where it’s all about subtle elegance. On the aesthetic direction, architect J. Anton Mendoza says, “Subtle touches make the difference. The task was to redesign a façade and interiors that would be worthy of housing the world’s finest luxury brands. Everything was deliberate and calculated. No decision was arbitrary because it has to elicit a total luxury experience.”

Safety first

Ayala Malls has always put safety first. It has long been dedicated to providing the best experiences to its loyal clientele, even in the midst of the pandemic. For the safety of guests and staff members alike, Ayala Malls has partnered with the Department of Health and the local government unit to immunize all mall employees and give them regular antigen testing.

This lifestyle destination is also a recipient of the Safety Seal, confirming their adherence to the minimum public health standards required by the government, thus guaranteeing safe malling in the new normal.

Ayala Malls marketing director Eunice Velasco reports, “This is of paramount importance to us, not just in Greenbelt, but likewise in all our malls nationwide. We are unwavering in our efforts when it comes to public safety and security. Our concierge service, personal shoppers, delivery service, e-commerce channels, social media channels, all remain available to the public should they prefer to shop remotely also.”

In addressing the evolving needs and wants of discerning Filipino shoppers, Ayala Malls has set the ideal stage for luxury shoppers to emerge... only to the best and finest.
