A debutante's wish comes true
It was a day to remember for Atasha Quindara Supangan. After all, this was the day her debut finally pushed through. What was supposed to be a January celebration was moved to February because of the spike in COVID cases. Once Alert Level 2 was declared, it was all systems go with health protocols still top of mind for the big day.
Atasha’s parents, Al and Reggie, lovingly planned this entire event. In fact, her beloved father Al expressed his devotion to the birthday celebrant with a heartfelt speech. Her brothers Arturo “Diether,” Agripino “Nino” and Ambrosio “Borge” gave their full support in making this birthday celebration a success, dahlings.
“We decided to keep it as intimate as possible with only close family members and friends in attendance,” says Atasha, who dreams of becoming a lawyer someday.
The debutante, a grade 12 HUMSS student at the Immaculate Conception Academy, chose the participants in her cotillion. With her and brother Nino leading, the cotillion featured Aja Ellett, Gio Supangan, Sasha Carnduff, Joaquin Azarcon, Shaina Vaswani, Sydney Delica, Karmina Madrid and John Carlos Rodenas.
The debutante showed off her dancing skills via a special number with the Medmax Dancers.
Held at the Parco di Portofino Clubhouse, Vista Alabang, the event was organized by 4QU Events Specialist and decorated by Jeff Namoc. Guests enjoyed the delicious food provided by 4QU Catering.
The eye-catching cake, which showed pictures of the debutante from her childhood to the present, was made by Cake Mapping Philippines.
Atasha looked stunning in her gown, especially created for her by designers Roullette Esmilla and Zandra Lim, palanggas.
