It's official! Maymay Entrata is first Filipina model at Arab Fashion Week
MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress Maymay Entrata is now officially the first Filipina to become a part of one of the biggest fashion weeks in the Middle East this November.
On her Instagram account, Maymay posted a photo of her confirming that she will walk the runway of the Amato Couture X Arab Fashion Week in Dubai.
“Isang malaking karangalan po wala nako masabi kundi maraming maraming salamat po,” the former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate wrote.

Thanks to an invitation by AMATO Couture, founded by Filipino Dubai-based designer Furne One, this will be the first fashion show for Maymay abroad.
“It’s official! CONGRATULATIONS to @maymay on officially being a part of @arabfashioncouncil ARAB FASHION WEEK 2018! #arabfashionweek,” @furneaamato Instagram page announced.
Touted as the only official fashion week in the world for promoting ready-to-wear couture and pre-collections, Arab Fashion Week will be held on November 21 to 28 this year.
Recently, Maymay also has an invitation from renowned fashion designer Rajo Laurel to join his show on November 23.
“Asia's Next Top Model” also put Maymay on their wish list to take part in the reality show last May, while TV host and former supermodel Tyra Banks liked Maymay’s photo and catwalk videos.
