MANILA, Philippines - Who needs an excessively ornate garb when you can rock even the simplest gown like the feisty Inday Sara?

Proving that a woman does not need a melodramatic dress to catch public's attention, Sara Duterte opted for a simple yet exquisite royal blue gown designed by Davao City-based Silverio Anglacer.

Sara finished off the look with a nude pointed heels and just enough makeup to look fresh rather than pale.

The gown was without opulent details but its sleek simplicity oozes with sensuality and elegance which captured the audience's attention as she walked toward the stage as his father, President Rodrigo Duterte was about to be sworn as the 16th president of the Philippines.

Even the netizens did not fail to notice the the feisty Inday Sara, dubbing her the "Maria Isabel Lopez" of the inauguration.
