MANILA,Philippines – The Manila Fashion Festival will again take local fashion to the center stage this October by presenting the Spring/Summer 2016 collection of 31 seasoned and rising home-grown designers.
From the first-ever Manila Fashion Festival held in November 2014, the event has continued to transform the traditional runway show to support changes the industry needs and to bridge the gap between local designers and consumers.
