Here’s how you can steal Dakota Johnson’s Oscars look

Alixandra Caole Vila - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – Trendy hues and patterns constantly change but a red dress will always remain classy. "Fifty Shades of Grey" breakout star, Dakota Johnson fired up the Oscars red carpet on Sunday just to prove it otherwise.

Want to channel your inner goddess, too? Here’s how you could get Dakota Johnson’s look:

Make it RED

The 25-year old star sported a ravishing red Yves Saint Laurent gown, with a knotted diamond strap on the left shoulder and a draping neckline. The couture also has a slit, to get a peek-a-boo of her flawless legs.

Bangs all the way

Flaunt your fresh face by tying up your hair in a simple ponytail and adding bangs for a little accent. Nothing says sexy more than a wispy bangs skimmed near the eyes.

Less is more

A neat makeup makes her look elegant and perfect for the glamorous occasion. A light touch of foundation, a soft smudgy eye and cherry-red lips are the three important things to remember to get her alluring look.

Wild with cuffs

Of course, something that would remind us of Mr. Grey. Complement the look with cuff bracelets and diamond studs.

Catch the clutch

Lastly, finish off your ensemble by carrying a Bally clutch which would get a hold of your valuables while enjoying yourself at the event.

In the Philippines, Bally is exclusively distributed by SSI Group, Inc. and is located at Greenbelt 5, Rustan’s Makati,Shangri-La Plaza Mall, and Newport Mall – Resorts World Manila.
