'Mega' begins search for best fashion crew
MANILA, Philippines - Mega, dubbed as the Philippines’ best fashion magazine, launches its second reality TV show to discover individuals who create fashionable images with Generation Mega: Search for the Fashion Crew.
With Mega Publishing Group’s vision for media excellence, Mega magazine paid tribute to the men and women who put together each page of the magazine and make it into a work of art in its February anniversary issue. Then Generation Mega’s first TV season produced grand prize winner Russell Villafuerte and best in show winner Jearson Demavivas. Previous Mega Young Designer competitions produced the likes of Furne One, Rajo Laurel, Veejay Floresca, and Patrice Ramos-Diaz. This time, participating hair stylists, makeup artists, photographers, fashion stylists, and female models will be given the chance to be in the limelight and launched as the show searches for the next big fashion crew.
Be part of television’s most exciting search for the most creative individuals and earn your ticket to the world of fashion. Show off your talent, beauty, and fierce fashion sense at the auditions on April 10 and 11 at Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Doors open at 11 a.m. Bring photos/samples of your best work. Interested applicants must be 18 to 28 years old and with a maximum of five-year experience in their respective fields. Makeup artists beyond the age requirement may still enter the competition as long as they can provide a certificate or diploma from a makeup institution that is not more five years old. Employees of Mega Group Publishing and relatives up to the third level of consanguinity or affinity are discouraged from joining.
