Bench Body gets sexier with Lovi Poe
MANILA, Philippines - Beauty and brains, and a body to boot! That’s Lovi Poe. As the newest star to be a Bench Body, she indeed embodies what the leading lifestyle label stands for: adventure and daring, intelligent options and smart choices, as well as comfort and fashion.
The daughter of a legend (Fernando Poe Jr., the King of Philippine Movies) and a celebrated model (Rowena Moran), the promising singer/actress is a natural in the spotlight. A true showbiz royal, Lovi is slowly emerging from the shadows of her famous parents.
After her acclaimed turn as Kristal in GMA’s teleserye Bakekang, Lovi earned her acting chops playing characters in similar fare such as Kaputol ng Isang Awit, La Lola, and Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang, and in sitcoms such as Show Me Da Manny.
In 2008, Lovi won a New Movie Actress of the Year award for Shake Rattle and Roll 9 at the 24th PMPC Star Awards for Movies. In July 2010, she starred in the independent film Mayohan for which she won the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival Award for Best Actress.
Currently studying psychology at Miriam College, the 21-year-old loves writing poems and has even started writing her own songs. She has released two albums thus far, The Best of My Heart and Bloom.
In Bench Body’s newest collection of undergarments, Lovi reveals for the first time her taut and trim physique. She may look delicate and dainty, but this woman is all curves and charisma. She gets her fit frame not by being sweet and nice but by being sporty and spicy. Lovi is a gymnast, and she also plays volleyball, basketball and badminton.
