MANILA, Philippines – Boyet Fajardo’s holiday collection features daring gowns for full-figured women, and slim-fitting, stylish suits for men.

For the gowns, Fajardo uses fabrics that create an elongated, elegant silhouette. His empire-cut dresses that have a slimming effect, while the beaded cross fronts and lowered necklines flatter the bust. Fajardo incorporates these flattering tricks into sexy, contemporary plus-size fashions.

“Full-figured women now are also clamoring for clothing that is chic, sexy, and even cutting edge. That’s why I’m more experimental these days with my designs,” explains Fajardo.

The men’s line, on the other hand, comes in black, charcoal gray, and shades of blue.

Yuppies can go for a plain shirt layered with a sleeveless knit top. Fajardo’s knits are designed to take you from formal to smart casual in one stylish step.

“I want to have a whole range of styles, colors, cuts and fabric choices for men and women. What’s important is to marry form and function with affordability,” Fajardo explains.
