Anti-aging dream creams

Dear Tingting,
I read with so much interest your beauty tips. You once mentioned that you use Sisley and Biorica anti-aging creams. Where do you buy these creams, how effective are they, and how frequent should they be used? Paul
These revolutionary, anti-age creams are both available at Rustans (look for Biorica at Essenses). Theyre touted as the latest breakthroughs in anti-aging products. Biorica is formulated with enzymes extracted from the saliva of medicinal leech. It has grapeseed oil, shea butter, avocado oil, and wheat germ oil. All these help stimulate cell metabolism and skin neuro-receptors. Biorica has four ranges of skincare products: revolutionary range, daily care range, cleansing range, and well-being specific care range. Of particular interest to the aging population is the revolutionary treatment range for mature skin that tends to be dry and dehydrated. With its Hm3 active ingredient, it repairs mature skin by promoting micro-circulation, nourishing and hydrating the epidermis while strengthening skin elasticity. Use it in the morning and at night.
On the other hand, Sisley has the Sisleya anti-aging cream. Sisleya contains natural plant extracts with botanical aromatic essential oils to fight free radicals and improve skin hydration, skin tone, elasticity, and resilience. Its suitable for people over 30 years old. Theres also the much-talked-about Sisleya Elixir. Apply five drops of this every morning and evening onto a clean face and throat. For best results, use consecutively for a month. Tingting
Dear Lucy,
I admire your milky white and super smooth legs. What lotion or cream would you recommend for flawless and smooth legs? Do you have a leg beauty routine? Aleg
Yes, I do have a beauty routine for my legs, but it is very basic. When I am very tired, I prop my legs up while lying down in bed to relax them. Also, I never fail to moisturize my legs. For quite some time now, I have been using the Bench Organics whitening and firming papaya line. While in the shower, I use the soap and scrub; after I towel off and while my skin is still damp, I use the lotion, and as a final step, I use the dry oil mist. I layer these products and it makes my skin unbelievably soft and smooth. Try it, it really works. Lucy
Dear Tita Mary,
I just gave birth to a baby girl my fourth and I noticed that with each pregnancy, I easily add 10 pounds to my weight. You can imagine how big I am now! I heard about the 3-day diet, which has helped a lot of people. Do you think it will work for me? Big Mama
There are quite a lot of diets out there. However, I still believe that the best diet is a balanced diet. Everything in moderation, of course. Couple this with a physical fitness regimen. Walking is good. Good luck! Mary
