The Peak opens at Grand Hyatt BGC
Raising the bar of dining and entertainment atop the highest structure in the city
MANILA, Philippines — Last Nov. 23, Grand Hyatt Manila opens its doors to the media for a first look at another concept true to #LivingGrand. Introducing The Peak, a collision of a bar, grill and restaurant sitting atop the highest structure in the city.
Occupying the 60th to the 62nd floor, The Peak is inspired by penthouse living – one room flows to another, with the cozy ambience of home and the sweeping views of the Manila skyline.

The Peak is composed of a grill restaurant, music lounge, whisky bar and The Peak bar. Each has a destination on its own. The centerpiece of the grill is its open kitchen, where guests can view their food being carefully prepared by Chef De Cuisine Manuel Baenziger.
The compelling interior design of The Peak was conceptualized by Tokyo-based international design firm, Nao Taniyama & Associates. A touch of the local culture is reflected in every room the moment you step into The Peak. The main receiving area is an example, with its bold statement walls reflective of traditional Filipino tattoo patterns.

From fine wines to rare whiskeys, live entertainment and expertly prepared cuisine, The Peak always provides a different journey for each guest. “We are excited to welcome guests and to show them what we have created for them; because we believe that The Peak is best explained through experience. From interiors, dining, and live entertainment, there will always be something new waiting to be discovered,” said Benjamin Schertzer, manager of The Peak.
