MANILA, Philippines — This year, PULP Live World and Globe gave Filipino KPop fans an invitation they couldn’t refuse. Korean boy group EXO made their sensational return to Manila for their biggest concert tour yet, EXO PLANET #4 – The ElyXiOn in Manila, which took place on April 28, at a sold-out SM MOA Arena.
Some 10,000 fans or so gathered at the venue to catch Xiumin, Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun fresh from the record-breaking and chart-topping success of their latest releases The War, the repackaged The War: The Power of Music, and the special winter album Universe. Giving Filipino EXO-Ls their most exhilarating production yet, EXO made the most of their one-night concert by not failing to take us to paradise – the ElyXiOn.

From bearing witness to the boys’ solo stages, to being awestruck by their stunning performance of songs old and new, everyone in the packed arena turned spectator of what might be among the most visually and sonically satisfying shows the country has ever seen. The ElyXiOn featured the group’s heaviest production to date – the biggest number of LED screens, an impressive motion-capture system, moving kinesis lighting, cinematic and blockbuster-like VCRs, and a stereoscopic stage design. Each of these show components, coupled with EXO’s unquestionable talent, made for a highly gratifying show that flooded the senses.
