Metrobank Foundation's Outstanding Filipinos

MANILA, Philippines - The 2015 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos were recognized in conferment ceremonies held last September 3 at the Metrobank Plaza, Makati City. The 30 Outstanding Filipinos comprise 10 Outstanding Teachers, 10 Outstanding Philippine Soldiers, and 10 Outstanding Police Officers. The awardees are winners of the Metrobank Foundation’s flagship programs, namely the Search for Outstanding Teachers (SOT), The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers (TOPS), and the Country’s Outstanding Police Officers in Service (COPS).

Each TOPS and COPS awardees received a cash prize of P400,000 while each SOT winner received P500,000. All winners were presented with a trophy and a gold medallion. The conferment exercises served as one of the highlights of Metrobank’s 53rd anniversary celebration.
