1st ASEAN Business Awards Philippines @ New World Hotel

MANILA, Philippines - The ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) Philippines announced the winners of the 1^st ASEAN Business Awards Philippines last Sept. 9, 2014 at the New World Hotel. The winners are: International Container Terminal Services Inc. for the Corporate Excellence Award; Pointwest Technologies for the Innovation Award; Golden ABC for the ASEAN Centricity Award; Fountainhead Technologies Inc. for Best SME Award; Sandra Sanchez-Montano of CHEERS Corp. for the Woman Leader Award; and Paulo Tibig of VCargo Worldwide for the Young Entrepreneur Award. The event was attended by President Benigno S. Aquino III, DFA Sec. Albert del Rosario, DTI Sec. Gregory Domingo, and business leaders from the country and the ASEAN region.  The six Philippine winners will represent the country in the regional ASEAN Business Awards to be held this November during the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit in Myanmar.
