Edsa Shangri-la Manila Toasts to Un Nuovo Sapore

MANILA, Philippines - Edsa Shangri-La Manila’s general manager Patrick Schaub welcomed guest of honor Italian Ambassador Massimo Roscigno in an intimate wine dinner dubbed Un Nuovo Sapore at the hotel’s well-loved restaurant, Paparazzi. Award-winning Italian guest Chef Omar Ugoletti regaled guests with a sumptuous 6-course dinner with his popular signature dishes. The stellar menu was paired with a selection of eight of the finest Banfi wines from Tuscany, and guests were serenaded with Italian operatic classics by the Opera Duo, Lionel Santos and Miriam San Miguel.
