An Evening to preview the new Taste, Travel & Trends Magazine

MANILA, Philippines - Taste, Travel & Trends Magazine, a new publication on food and travel, had its preview last January 23 at the Wine Museum in Pasay City.  Slated for a March release, it is designed for the continuing learning of culinary and tourism students, professionals and readers.  This educational angle is likewise aligned with the objectives of the magazine’s founder, the non-profit non-stock Wishing Well Heritage Foundation Inc.  The preview cocktail had a ‘wine and cheese’ theme, S & L Fine Foods, Inc. served Goat Blue Cheese from Holland, Coeur de Leon Brie from France, and Red Leicester Cheese from the United Kingdom that were then paired with the fine wines poured by The Philippine Wine Merchants.
