MANILA, Philippines - The recent 25th anniversary celebration of Chateau 1771 at Ayala Museum wasn’t just overflowing with food and wine. During the event, 1771 Group also proved that its restaurants brim with colorful stories as it marked the launch of its first book, “Behind the Doors of Chateau 1771â€. The book chronicles the everyday challenges of running a restaurant and the inspiration behind each of 1771 Group’s brands, as well as lessons restaurateur Ricky and Chef Vicky have racked up over 25 years.
