MANILA, Philippines - In the last decade, the Philippine Tatler has raised the bar for grand social events with an annual ball that beautifully marries sophistication and civic consciousness. That bar received further boost this year when the foremost arbiter of luxury and glamour, in partnership with Century Properties Group, FURNitalia, Lexus, TWG Tea and Visa, hosted the 11th Philippine Tatler Ball.
