Tastes of Thailand @ Paseo Uno

MANILA, Philippines - Mandarin Oriental Manila’s Paseo Uno was abuzz with Thai food aficionados who flocked to the popular restaurant to relish traditional and contemporary Thai dishes created by renowned Thai master chef and celebrity TV culinary show host Sumet Sumpachanyanont from the legendary Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok for the “Tastes of Thailand” food promotion. Held in partnership with Thai International Airways, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok and with the support of the Thai Embassy, the event marked the fifth time that Mandarin Oriental, Manila hosted the Thai Food Festival, and the second time the hotel featured the 42-year-old Executive Sous Chef and culinary ambassador of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’s famed Thai restaurant Sala Rim Naam.
