MANILA, Philippines - Porsche Training and Recruitment Center Asia, the first outside of Germany, in joint partnership with Porsche AG and Don Bosco Technical Institute, are proud to present the sixth batch of Porsche Mechatronics graduates. The batch comprises 16 scholars that underwent theoretical and practical training at Don Bosco Manpower and Skills Training – the portion of the school that is supported by benefactors. The students received further specialized training at the Porsche Training and Recruitment Center Asia in the PGA Cars facility.
After 19 months of intensive instruction and hands-on experience, these scholars were handed over their certification as Porsche Mechatronics by Robert Coyiuto Jr., chairman of PGA Cars, together with Roberto Coyiuto III, managing director of Porsche Philippines. The commencement exercise was held last December 15, 2011 at the Porsche Center Philippines. This program provides assured job placements in the various Porsche markets. The PTRCA owes its success to its complete program package offering highly specialized education and assured employment to underprivileged students who now become breadwinners of their families.
