‘C’ is for ‘concierge’ and ‘convenience’

MANILA, Philippines - It’s all about convenience. This is the basic concept behind Ring Rob Concierge, “an extensive online service request platform exclusive to residents of Robinsons Residences projects,” explained Mybelle V. Aragon-Gobio, Robinsons Land Corporation senior vice president for Robinsons Residences and Robinsons Luxuria, at the recent launch of the digital premier service. It addresses the need of a growing segment of the population: “urban professionals who seek a live-work-play balanced lifestyle,” she added. They like to enjoy modern-day conveniences minus the usual hassles.

You live in a condominium located near your place of work, your children’s school, your church and hospital, even shopping and entertainment centers. It’s so convenient. No more worries about getting caught in heavy traffic, pollution and other stressful conditions.

Other services include business center services, computer rentals, courier services, and professional chauffer services, among others.   

“Moreover, the Ring Rob app and website have a charming and user-friendly interface,” Mybelle added. “Payment for such services is also made through convenient methods such as cash or credit card, allowing for online payments.” Registration is free.

“All of the services associated with Ring Rob Concierge are accredited and reputable,” Mybelle said.  One of the accredited services is City Delivery, with over 300 restaurant partners for the food delivery service, available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., while the other services are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

Initially offered to Bonifacio Global City-based Robinsons Residences unit owners, the online concierge service was launched in January this year at the Trion Towers.

Other Robinsons Residences projects in the Bonifacio Global City include The Fort Residences, McKinley Park Residences, and Fifth Avenue Place.

The RLC Lifestyle Card is also offered to fully paid unit owners “to promote loyalty and enhance their lifestyle experience,” Mybelle explained. A transaction of  P1 million to P5 million qualifies a unit owner for an RLC Gold Lifestyle card, while above P5 million qualifies for an RLC Platinum Lifestyle card.  Benefits, depending on the kind of card, include dining perks, retail privileges, appliance discounts, complimentary hotel buffet, discount on hotel rates, and Movie World coupons, among others.
