Uniqlo's 'UT Vote & Win' campaign winners announced

- The Philippine Star

Manila, Philippines -  It’s time to see the Land of the Rising Sun for two lucky individuals. After joining the “UT Vote & Win” campaign of Uniqlo, Japan’s No. 1 fashion brand, Grace Tio and Heidi Mariano will enjoy the time of their lives in Tokyo, Japan, as winners. The trip to Japan includes round-trip tickets for two (the winner and a companion) plus hotel accommodations.

Grace, 49, from Caloocan City, says she is excited about her Japan trip even if she has been to Japan a couple of times before. On the other hand, 23-year-old Heidi, who lives in Las Piñas and took Japanese studies back in college, said it has been her life-long dream to go to Japan, and finally, it is about to happen. Both were ecstatic upon hearing the news of their win.

Uniqlo is a global apparel brand known for its “Made for all” philosophy and not following trends yet allows people to express themselves through its unique yet high-quality and fully functional clothing line.

The “UT Vote & Win” promo is Uniqlo’s online and on-site promotion for UT, Uniqlo’s very popular T-shirt brand. After its launching last April, thousands of Filipinos went online and visited Uniqlo’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/uniqlo.ph) during the promo period and also went to the Uniqlo store at SM Mall of Asia and voted on-site. This allowed many Filipinos to see and experience UT. Many got to win their favorite UT products by voting.

The Uniqlo store, located on the second floor of SM Mall of Asia’s Main Mall, opened on June 15. Store hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
