MANILA, Philippines - PLDT-SMART Foundation (PSF) and the Office of Congressman Roy Loyola recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the plans and programs of Gabay Guro (2G) in the municipalities of Carmona, Silang and General Mariano Alvarez (CarSiGMA), Cavite. It also aims to assist teachers augment their income through livelihood projects, and includes a housing program: Project Shelter with the Department of Education or DepEd. By helping mold excellent teachers, 2G hopes to spread the gift of learning to many more students in the country and help in nation building.
