Landco's Tribeca inaugurates second tower

MANILA, Philippines - Landco and ATR KimEng Land, Inc. marked another milestone as it proudly announced the turnover of Chelsea Place Tower 2 at Tribeca Private Residences. The celebration was led by Landco president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III and Landco vice chairman and executive director Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr., together with ATR Kim-Eng Land’s president Renato Leveriza Jr. and ATR Financial Corporation’s chairman Ramon Arnaiz. 

The blessing ceremony was followed by a common Filipino custom, the throwing of coins and candies retrieved by the unit owners and guests alike for prosperity. The event was highlighted by the release of live butterflies to represent the revolutionary transformation of Tribeca since the project’s groundbreaking.
