Returning OFWs learn business with Entrepinoy

Congressman Oscar Moreno, Chairman of the House Committee on Economic Affairs, addressed thousands of OFWs in Hong Kong preparing for an entrepreneurial come-back in the Philippines. The Balik ‘Pinas Entrepinoy Program conducted its 3rd Culmination rites in Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong. Moreno was the invited keynote speaker. Nine hundred budding entrepreneurs marched to the stage for the completion of the Entrepinoy program conducted by Executive Center for Professionals (www.excenpro.com).

Moreno hails the role of OFWs in the Philippine economy but challenges them to pursue their plans to be entrepreneurs. "Beyond overseas employment is a greater challenge to your modern heroism, and that is to help boost the economy by creating enterprises that will create more jobs," says Moreno.

Congressman Moreno is joined by Congressman Lozada who chairs the House Committee on Foreign Affairs together with Consul General Zenaida Collinson, ExcEnPro President Carl Balita and Labor Attache Bernardino Julve.
