Olivia D’Aboville showcases her textile art in “Surfaces,” which opens on Jan. 14 at Altro Mondo Gallery, third floor, Greenbelt 5, Ayala Center, Makati City. The show runs until Jan. 29
Each piece is a textile manipulation of a digitally printed handwoven abaca mixed with polyester fabric. The surfaces are inspired by aerial views of the planet’s skin, such as landscapes, sand dunes and water’s surface crashing the beach.
