MMCO presents the amazing Brahms
MANILA, Philippines - Concert pianist Jose Artemio Panganiban III will perform the Brahms Piano Concerto No. 1 together with the Metro Manila Concert Orchestra (MMCO), under the baton of multi-awarded conductor-composer Josefino “Chino” Toledo, on Oct. 21, 7 p.m. at the Meralco Theater, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City.
Dr. Panganiban has been performing as a concert artist since 2009 with memorable performances at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the University of the Philippines, the Mind Museum, the RCBC Carlos Romulo Auditorium, and in Minnesota, USA. His recent performances in the Philippines were at the Foundation Day Celebration Concert of the Asean Law Association (ALA) Philippines with the Manila Symphony Orchestra, and with the Metro Manila Concert Orchestra at the Far Eastern University and the Ayala Museum.
MMCO’s 15th Crystal Anniversary Concert Season will feature the mother-daughter tandem Cristine Coyiuto and Caitlin Coyiuto on Jan. 8, 2016 at the CCP Little Theater; and world-class pianist Abelardo Galang on Feb. 5, 2016.
