Araceli Limcaco Dans’ ‘Backyard Blooms’ in Hong Kong

MANILA, Philippines - Araceli Limcaco Dans showcases her calado and watercolor paintings in “Backyard Blooms,” which is on view at the United Centre, Admiralty of the Philippine Consulate of Hong Kong in Hong Kong.

Guests of honor during the opening were Noel Servigon, Consul General of the Philippine Consulate of Hong Kong; and Bono Albania, Pintura Circle president.

In partnership with The Philippine Consulate of Hong Kong and Pintura Circle, the show is for the benefit of the Sagip Buhay Medical Foundation of the Philippine General Hospital.

An exceptional artist and art educator, Dans introduced the Arts Education Program of the Ateneo de Manila Grade School, and established the College of Fine Arts for the Philippine Women’s University.  Her contributions to the visual arts world are reflected in a long list of both national and international exhibitions and in numerous national awards and distinctions.
