Sanso, Westendorp and Caballero at Alliance Française
MANILA, Philippines - Alliance Francaise de Manille brings together three Spanish artists — Juvenal Sanso, Betsy Westendorp, and Cesar Caballero — in “Voyages,” which opens on June 5 with an artists’ reception at the Total Gallery of Alliance Française de Manille, 209 Nicanor Garcia St., Bel-Air 2, Makati City. The show runs until June 28.
Sanso presents vintage pieces dating from the 1950s and 1960s depicting scenes from his extensive travels in France, Spain, and Asia.
Westendorp focuses on beautiful landscapes that reflect her attachment to the love for the Spanish countryside — La Mancha, Hondarrubia, Guadalupe and Guipuzcoa.
Caballero manifests his passionate and restlessly imaginative nature in the colorful scenes of his extensive travels in Spain, France and the Philippines.
