The Pundaquit Virtuosi at Casa San Miguel
MANILA, Philippines - The Pundaquit Virtuosi performs on April 21, 6 p.m., at the Ramon L. Corpus Hall of Casa San Miguel in San Antonio, Zambales for the second edition of the Chambert Concert featuring guest alumni artists performing classical chamber compositions. Titled “Yamang Dagat: Ugat ng Lahi,” the Pundaquit Festival concert series is the country’s longest-running community-based arts and culture event.
Founded in 1993 by internationally-acclaimed violinist Alfonso “Coke” Bolipata, Casa San Miguel or Creative Alternatives for Social Action in San Miguel aims to develop local young talents in music and visual art through residency programs, performances, workshops and exhibits.
