Romulo Olazo at Ayala Museum

MANILA, Philippines - Romulo Olazo holds his 40-year retrospective exhibit which opens on July 27, 6 p.m., at Ayala Museum, Makati Ave. corner Dela Rosa St., Makati City. The show is on view until Sept. 13.

Kaida Gallery moves to Scout Torillo

Kaida Gallery will move from Kamuning to Scout Torillo this July. The inauguration of its new home will be marked by two simultaneous shows slated from July 26 to Aug. 12 at 26 Scout Torillo corner Scout Fernandez, Sacred Heart, Timog, Quezon City.

“Tableaux: Five Echoes,” a group show by five figurative painters Jeho Bitancor, Buddy Ching, Norman Dreo, Dennis Gonzales and Noel Pama, is on view at the Main Gallery back to back with Ruel Caasi’s solo show at the Gray Wall.

‘Four Solos’ at SM Art Center

“Four Solos,” a simultaneous solo exhibition of four artists, is on view until July 30 at the Art Center, SM Megamall A, Mandaluyong City.

‘Leading the Way to a Healthier Filipino’ in Lipa

In celebration of its 15th anniversary, the Lipa Medix Medical Center presents “Leading the Way to a Healthier Filipino” today at the hospital lobby. The show runs until Aug. 2.

Featured artists are Gus Albor, Bokeng Ancanan, Virgilio “Pandy” Aviado, Fil Delacruz, Janos Delacruz, Carlo Dimaano, Raul Lebajo, Nicole Lebajo, Bong Paz, Dante Perez, Crisanta Tamayo, Nikulas Riche Yee, Hermisanto and Junyee.

The hospital and the visual artists’ collaboration reaffirms the importance of visual arts in its role in healing and uplifting the spiritual well-being of the Filipino.

The Lawyers’ Artside, in cooperation with the Philippine Heart Center Art Gallery, will hold its third group show which opens on July 27 at the ground lobby of the Medical Arts Bldg., Philippine Heart Center, East Ave., Quezon City. The show runs until Aug. 15.

Featured artists are lawyers Lea Consulta, Miriam Daway, Lita Genilo and Ruberna Quibal of the Art Discovery and Learning Foundation Inc.
