Another Summer has come and gone and school’s about to start. What have you been doing all summer? Well, WE have been keeping busy…sweating it out on the dance floor for the 4th summer since Baila Dance Studio opened in Ayala Alabang.
And if you’re wondering what all the buzz has been about….its ALL about the excitement that the students and teachers alike have immersed themselves in for the culminating activity to this year’s Summer Workshop. MASQUERADE is the title of this year’s Summer Recital and it will be held on June 9, Saturday, at 6:30pm in the METTA Theater of the Assumption in San Lorenzo, Makati City; in cooperation with Philstar.com and Belle Corporation and for the benefit of the Joy Coronel Dancers Inc Foundation.
The recital features the dances that have been enjoyed over the summer, presenting an array of numbers (like ballet, hiphop, jazz, bellydancing, salsa, ballroom, cardio striptease and more) which the participants of all age ranges have been working (and playing) so hard at through the heated holiday months.
Baila invites you to watch this fantastic show…a celebration of colors, masks, music and self-expression. The whole family will surely enjoy it!
