For the love of Mary
The grand Marian procession has been a well-known festivity that honors the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Mother.
Organized by the Cofradia de la Inmaculada Concepcion in 1980, the event is held yearly in Intramuros, Manila and is participated by over a hundred parish and privately-owned Marian images from various parts of the country.
Overseeing the entire event were Cofradia founding chairman Imelda Cojuangco and vice chairman Danny Dolor. Malou Unson, Belen Hidalgo and Nene Leonor were the chosen hermana mayores for the procession’s 35th year.
