The empowered Filipina
Exemplary women in various fields were given distinction by the National Council of the Women of the Philippines Inc. The NCWP, under the leadership of president Leonida “Baby” Ortiz, is celebrating its 68th anniversary.
Held at the Centennial Hall of Manila Hotel, the noteworthy affair gathered members of the council from all over the country. Gracing the event as guest of honor was former senator Dr. Helena Benitez while Pangasinan Rep. Gina de Venecia was the keynote speaker.
Founded by Francisca Tirona Benitez, NWCP is the umbrella organization of several women’s groups and organizations in the country. It is also recognized for its “contribution to nation-building, civic well-being and women’s empowerment.”
Congratulations and more power to the whole National Council of the Women of the Philippines Inc. team!
Toyota Alabang marks 25th year
We congratulate the dynamic, self-made, ultra successful businessman and philanthropist Cesar Lee on the silver anniversary of one of the country’s premier car dealerships, Toyota Alabang Inc.
An appreciation cocktail dinner was hosted recently by the company chairman and president at the air-conditioned Filinvest Tent for Toyota Alabang’s valued clients, employees and associates.
The gala night featured a grand spectacle of a show with exceptional performances by the Dance Theatre Manille, Mystic Mime, Arthur Manuntag, Airdance and Reo Brothers. It was also a recognition night for Toyota Alabang’s team members who have served five, 10, 15 and 20 years of loyalty to the company and dedication to the job.
It was a wonderful gesture of love for people who have been loyal to the Toyota family of Cesar Lee.
Keep it up, Cesar, and congratulations for being so wonderful to your staff and loyal clients!
