Women with big hearts

Gearing towards another year of successful community projects is the Inner Wheel Club of Manila (IWCM), a service organization comprised mostly of the wives of the Rotary Club of Manila members, with the induction of its 2013-2014 officers and directors at the Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-La. Luminaries from the business and social circles were warmly welcomed by the newly inducted officers led by the charismatic IWCM president Marissa Fenton.

The event doubled as a fundraising activity that featured a Broadway musical extravaganza entitled “IWCM Women with Cocoy Laurel.” Proceeds of this charitable activity will benefit the numerous projects of IWCM including the organization’s scholarship program, feeding programs, medical and dental missions and legal aid for former Manila City Jail female inmates.

Congratulations to the new officers of the Inner Wheel Club of Manila! Bravo and good luck to its president Marissa Fenton!
