New friends

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”  – John Quincy Adams

The Friends for Cultural Concerns of the Philippines (FCCP) held the induction of its new set of officers and board of directors at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City recently.

FCCP president-elect Cristina Galang-Caedo led the group and other guests into the Turf Room where the new board members took their oath. FCCP is a non-stock and non-profit organization with a vision to help uplift arts and culture in the country, as well as foster the members’ sense of social responsibility. Music and dancing followed the induction rites.

Seen having a grand time were FCCP immediate past president Nene Leonor, Sri Lankan Embassy second secretary Ruwani Cooray, Cultural Center of the Philippines president Raul Sunico and Karen Macasaet.

Congratulations to Cristina and the newly inducted FCCP board!
