A lasting season of love
“A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.”– Mignon McLaughlin
Just like a splendid and limited-edition piece of jewelry, the union dubbed as the “Wedding of all seasons” was definitely one event that has to be treasured as Harold Co, son of Hoseki virtuoso Faico and Zabeth Co tied the knot with Grace Emnace, the lovely daughter of Peter and Anita Emnace.
Almost 800 guests from Manila, Hong Kong and Taiwan converged to witness this epic union of love. The blushing bride took everyone’s breaths away as she walked down the aisle wearing a Cecilio Abad creation during the solemn ceremony at the Shrine of St. Therese in Pasay City. An extraordinary reception followed at the magnificently-designed Le Pavillon on Roxas Boulevard, which was transformed into an enchanting garden with four distinct seasons: Winter in Swiss Alps, Spring in Kyoto, Summer in Saint-Tropez and Autumn in New York.
A sumptuous dinner made through the collaboration of the country’s top chefs satisfied guests’ craving for world-class cuisine. Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, led by maestro Rodel Colmenar serenaded the lovely gathering with songs sung by the award-winning choir Voces de Manila.
Grace was indeed a vision of poise and elegance especially when she wore a modern red cheongsam by Wilhelm Chua complemented by Hoseki jewelry pieces made especially for the wedding day.
Congratulations Harold and Grace! Here’s to a blissful married life! Cheers!
