The grand ballroom of the luxurious Dusit Thani Manila was magically transformed into an entertainment palace, Las Vegas strip-style, during the Plantation Bay Resort and Spa’s appreciation night for its numerous clients and friends. The revelry was spearheaded by Efren Belarmino, GM of the premier resort located in Mactan Island, Cebu City.
We learned that night that besides the exquisitely prepared buffet fare served at the beach of the resort, dinners at Plantation Bay now fall under various entertainment themes as sizzling and spicy as Brazilian Fever, Sahara Nights, Hawaiian Luau, Rockin’ USA, Viva España and our very own Filipino Fiesta.
Absolutely everyone had a terrific time as the talented staff members of the resort presented their dance numbers. Spotted among the crowd were Plantation Bay president Weon Kil Kim, director Arthur Palou and sales manager Stephanie Grace Trocio, Latvia Consul General Robert Lim Joseph, Jr., Tourism Undersecretary Daniel Corpuz, Assistant Secretary Benito Bengzon, Jr. and director Verna Buensuceso, and Maynilad Water Services, Inc. senior vice president Patrick Gregorio.
