Style & substance at Society Lounge

- Johnny Litton -

“There is no love sincerer than the love for food.” George Bernard Shaw

The most elegant personalities who were hailed as Philippine Cancer Society’s 2010 Best Dressed Women of the Philippines and Ambassadors for Life recently gathered at the upscale dining and lounge haven Society Lounge in Makati. Flaunting their impeccable style and beauty, these classy and compassionate individuals had a grand time enjoying the sumptuous dinner prepared by Society Lounge GM and chef Patrice Freuslon that had mushroom and shrimps vol au vent, cauliflower soup with truffle oil, Roquefort salad with grape and apricot raspberry vinaigrette, halibut with champagne sauce and green asparagus, grilled lamb chops with herbs and mashed potatoes and crepe Suzette cointreqau liquer. The French Fashion Food-inspired dishes were thoroughly enjoyed by the guests as the food went well with their incomparable flair for fashion and philanthropy. What’s more, the guests who are into the arts had a magnificent moment appreciating the art pieces and contemporary designs of Society Lounge’s interiors.

Congratulations to Patrice and his efficient team for another magnificent event!
