Redefining dining standards today is the exquisite restaurant called Sofra as it was recently launched in a very fun opening night. Guests were treated to authentic Turkish cuisine, fine drinks and delightful numbers such as a belly-dancing performance and soothing music from a flute-and-string ensemble. Seen enjoying the opening of the lavish restaurant were Taguig first lady Kaye Tinga, Villa Escudero’s Ado Escudero, lawyer Jose Sison, Consul Vince and Tina Sison, Rima Ostwani and Diether Ocampo.
