Spreading Christmas cheer at the Bellevue
“Happiness is like a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you.” — Nathaniel Hawthorne
In time for the merriest season of the year, The Bellevue Hotel, the luxurious destination South of the Metro led by dapper brothers GM Patrick Chan and marketing and communications director Ryan Chan, recently hosted “Holiday Entertaining,” a fun-filled event of celebrating and learning the art of preparing for Christmas. Well-heeled guests were in for a treat as brilliant executive chef Nick Anderson shared his secret recipes and tips for preparing the delectable chicken curry puff with lemon dip and creamy macaroni with ham and cheese. Meanwhile, award-winning pastry chef Ador Mendoza taught the audience how to make Christmas-themed sweets and goodies that can serve as a perfect gift this season. Homemakers and mothers were truly enthusiastic as Alabang’s Martha Stewart, Frieda Colet-Lim, shared her unique and colorful ideas on the art of gift-wrapping, creating one-of-a-kind Christmas decors and organizing fabulous parties for the holidays. Everyone had a blast as they enjoyed the event’s exceptional offerings.
Congratulations!
