The Philippine Cancer Society’s (PCS) Best Dressed Women of the Philippines 2009 is all set as we honor this year’s style icons and best dressed ladies on Sept. 23 at the Rizal Ballroom of Shangri-La Makati. Now on its sixth year, the affair will greatly benefit the various programs of the PCS in the areas of research and development as well as patient services. The awards ball is supported by CATS Motors, San Miguel Corp. and Bank of Commerce.
