In order to ensure that you make heads turn, you also have to work on achieving that red-carpet look. Since all eyes will be on you, you have to look your best when you head down the red carpet. Follow these simple steps and you’re certainly on your way to shining in the spotlight:

1. Even out skin tone. Apply Dark Secret face powder.

2. Apply light blue Advance 24 Eye Shadow on the entire lid. Next, apply dark blue eye shadow on the lower lid. On the upper lid, apply silvery white eye shadow.

3. Curl the lashes and apply black mascara.
