“We are different, in essence, from other men. If you want to win something, run 100 meters. If you want to experience something, run a marathon.” — Emil Zatopek
Family, close friends and high-powered guests joined together to celebrate another wonderful year for a truly brilliant legal wiz — lawyer and legal luminary Lolong Lazaro. The Manila Polo Club served as an excellent venue that afternoon as friends and guests enjoyed a sumptuous buffet. Seen enjoying the festivities were Lolong’s colleagues, including top private and government officials. It was truly a splendid day of great fun and good friends.
Happy birthday, Lolong. May you have many, many more birthdays to come!
A match made in heaven
Congratulations and best wishes for a long, happy life to Alpi Bacani and Carine del Rosario-Bacani, who were recently married in the serene Tagaytay Midlands. Carine, daughter of lawyer Johnny and Leslie del Rosario, was radiantly beautiful in her silky white wedding gown as she walked down the aisle where dashing Alpi, son of Senen and Yolie Bacani, awaited her. The smiling guests, close family and friends were dressed in their formal best as they witnessed wedding vows being exchanged and the newlyweds starting on the path of their new life together. The couple plans to reside in Sydney.
Alpi and Carine, may your union be blessed! GREETINGS
Happy birthday to our celebrators today, Veana Fores, Jennifer Peña and Al Perez.
