A delicious rebirth

"Try not to be a man of success, but rather try to be a man of value."Albert Einstein
From a humble "hole-in-the-wall" noodle house in Sta. Cruz, Manila in the 1950s, Ling Nam has become synonymous with delectable Chinese food such as congee, noodle soups, siopao and siomai. Today, the restaurant experiences a rebirth through its new outlet in Liberty Center along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City. Sporting a fresh new logo, a revitalized brand, a new store image and an expanded menu line, Ling Nam is now managed by Peter Fung, president of Tri-Mark Foods, Inc. and the restaurants master franchisor. Ling Nam Liberty Center was recently inaugurated through a traditional Chinese ceremony with dragon dances, firecrackers and a ribbon cutting with top personalities from the Filipino-Chinese business community.
Ling Nam also adds to the already booming business at the revitalized Liberty Center, envisioned to be the latest entertainment venue in the Mandaluyong area with numerous dining options, live music and shopping plazas. It has been attracting more and more customers from nearby offices, badminton aficionados and whole families as a potential leisure destination.
