Super Food

When Spanish explorers reached the cradle of Aztec civilization in the early 16th century, they found much that astonished them. Apart from the wonders of such an advanced society, they were puzzled by the native’s diet. The Aztecs lived on maize, beans, squash and a mysterious blue-green scum that floated on Lake Texcoco of the Teotihuacan Valley where Mexico City stands today.

For the Aztecs, the mysterious blue-green scum called "tecuitatl" or "excrement of stones" was prepared as a dry cake and eaten with maize and other native cereals. The Spaniards never realized that "tecuitatl," the lowly algae that thrived in the lake, produced more protein than the land could ever hope to yield. This blue-green algae they called "tecuitatl" is known today as spirulina.

Aside from the Aztecs, the Malayan culture of the Yucatan Peninsula in Central America also developed spirulina ponds and that sustained the Malayan population of two million in spite of discouraging agricultural conditions for traditional field crops.

In 1964, a Belgian botanist named Jean Leonard published a report about spirulina as food and since then, the interest and research in spirulina as well as its global production in different forms has expanded.

I’ve recently been introduced to Re-Vita Liqua Health, the so-called world’s first super food. This contains the only liquid spirulina in molecular form, made in the US since 1986.

Re-Vita’s founder is Bob Weatherly who has dedicated his life to making a difference. He learned that many of our modern health problems like stress and obesity really stem from improper nutrition. So he led an international research team to develop a nutrient-dense superfood. The goal of the research team was to create a "super" food which would deliver all the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes necessary to maintain health and vitality. They discovered that through aquaculture farming, they could turn an acre of sand into a pond and grow algae (spirulina), which would produce 20 times the amount of protein per acre than by growing soy beans on the same acre of land.

Six years later, Mr. Weatherly’s research team finally achieved a nutritional breakthrough. They were able to create an all-natural, cold processed food that delivers perfectly balanced nutrition in an easily absorbable form. This whole food even tasted good. Bob called this superfood Re-Vita meaning "new life" Liqua Health.

Why is Re-Vita Liqua Health called the superfood? It supplies over 50 important nutrients including 18 amino acids, all vitamins, minerals and active enzymes.

What are its benefits? For many people, it has enhanced their thinking process, improved their attitudes, reduced their craving for sugar and other mood foods and has reduced stress and anxiety.

I have tried it and for me, it gave me more energy and endurance. It is ready to drink. All I needed to do was to open the sachet and mix it with water.

It can also be mixed with any beverage of your choice and can be taken on an empty stomach.

Here are some testimonies of those who have taken Re-Vita Liqua Health.

One of the participants in a separate study, Stella, 27, with HIV, was given Re-Vita Health and within six months, her condition improved.

According to Dr. John P. Malliris (visiting Reseach Scientist to KEMRI, from Re-Vita USA and Advisory Board at St. Luke’s Medical Hospital in Manila), Stella’s condition is being monitored by a local hospital. Her continued use of Re-Vita Liqua Health – she now takes three sachets of it every day at present – resulted in the reduction of her viral load. Though this indicates that the patient has not been cured, the virus level is reduced to a point where all symptoms are gone.

Though conclusions cannot be drawn because this is only one case, this suggests that the supplementation of Re-Vita Liqua Health improves the immune system, minimizes repeated symptoms and improves the quality of life by regaining strength, appetite and regular daily activities.

Fernando Gingging, 65, of Davao City wrote in his testimony: "In July of 2005, I was placed on a catheter for a week due to difficulty in urinating. My doctor prescribed 36 tablets of medicine three times a day. I could not get quality sleep every night because I had to urinate seven to 10 times a night. I also tried several herbal medications for two months but to no avail. A friend later introduced me to Re-Vita Liqua Health. At first I was skeptical but was later convinced due to many positive testimonials of people taking it. I started with one sachet for a few days then to three sachets a day. I was very much relieved as my nightly frequent urination was reduced to four times and I now sleep better. I continuously take Liqua Health and pray that my urination will be further reduced to once or twice a night. I have found out that Re-Vita Liqua Health can really solve my prostate enlargement and urination problem. It has been working wonders for me and for many."
