It was a truly special occasion as Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo graced the 10th Anniversary of Asian Spirit Airline (ASA) at the Harbor Garden in Philippine Plaza Hotel. Dashing Asian Spirit Cooperative chairman Noel Oñate warmly welcomed Madame President as the evening went into full swing. ASA executives were seen enjoying themselves as they partied in full island regalia!

Johnny says ‘Check this out’

This year, local fans looking to celebrate the 250th birth year of music genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart need not travel far to relive his works. On May 29 at 7:30 pm, the Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Makati City and the Johann Strauss Society, Inc. will stage a gala performance in the parish church, dubbed An Evening with Mozart. At the press conference held at the Mandarin Oriental, Manila Austrian Ambassador Herbert Jaeger, Santuario de San Antonio parish priest Fr. Tony Rosales and concert overall chair Letty Syquia announced that the proceeds of the concert go to the Santuario’s parish outreach program and the landslide-affected community of St. Bernard in Southern Leyte.
