The much-anticipated wait for hundreds of BMW customers and aficionados was finally over as the new BMW 3 Series was unveiled in an ultra glamorous and super exclusive event at the Makati Shangri-Las Rizal Ballroom.
Equally impressive was the fact that the Philippines was one of the first markets in the world to get the special preview of the new car model which represents a rich heritage that spans four decades and six-product generations.
Moreover, the stylish and state-of-the-art luxury sports sedan is as much about looks as it is performance, flawlessly integrating a powerful engine that is also fuel efficient with a dynamic design that is comfortable and sporty yet elegant.
Guests were enthralled by the mesmerizing vocals of concert artist and stage veteran Janine Desiderio, who rendered classical songs representing the four decades of the 3 Series, while violinist Jay Cayuca entertained guests with his acoustic melodies.
A dazzling laser show followed, highlighting the latest addition to the multi-awarded 3 Series product line. The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the new BMW 3 Series, which made a dramatic entrance driven straight into the overflowing ballroom by BMW president Dr. Joerg Breuer as two other vehicles followed to complete the triangular display.
Guests could not resist surrounding the cars to get a closer look at the ultimate dream-driving machine.
